Random Design 21

Okay, i've sorta gotten in this high waisted stuff.....
i looks very dignified and sophisticated to me.....
anyway, its a high waisted skirt that opens at the front and has a slit (panel behind it)...the top is a sweater that is supposed to be worn this way....no zipping up although they're will b a zip...
